The Electrical Training Alliance Interim Credentials Program allows high school students to work on courses to help them be placed in the Apprenticeship Program. The content is sequenced in bite-size learning that utilizes animations, gaming, virtual and augmented activities, interactive videos, and many other visual communications. Charlotte-Mecklenburg county and the Charlotte JATC have partnered in a pilot program at Hopewell High School.

Five students are currently participating. From left to right they are Ja’Quaveyon Barber, Issaiah McMurray, Xavier Mahoney, Malcolm Grandison, and Xavion Mahoney.
